What I want for Christmas

Richard told us that he’s had a few jobs at Virgin Trains, but added that “…the one where I introduced to social media for customer service was General Manager Liverpool and North Wales. “ Richard is now Head of Engagement and Internal Communication at London Midland.
When we asked Richard what his ideal Christmas present would be, he wrote from his iPhone that “I’ve been thinking about your question and it’s only now, that I sit waiting for a train home that I have realised what my answer should be.”
He went on to say “I’m not feeling well so am going to work from home today. But I know I’ll be feeling better later this week and it’s a relatively minor ailment. My thoughts turn to people with much more serious illnesses, including some of my friends and the pain and discomfort they and their families are going through.”
He added that the present he would want this Christmas is “…for them to be well again with a positive future ahead.”
Richard also said that he thought this project was a “brilliant idea”.
