I’m Richard Baker and I’ve got leadership experience at a senior level in strategic HR, Operations and Communications. Conversational UK is a social media and online marketing agency I began in early 2010 after pioneering the use of Twitter in a corporate environment.

I can help you leverage new technology to connect with both employees and customers to create strategies aligned with your business objectives. Clients have included start-ups and global organisations alike and I’ve worked both inside companies and as a consultant.
