He has over 17 years strategic and tactical management experience including general management, customer service, organisational development, employee engagement, human resources, internal communications, social media, and logistics. Qualifications include an MBA from the triple accredited Open University Business School, the Post Gradute Diploma in Performance and Change (Merit) and the Professional Certificate in Management.An expert advisor to the (David McLeod led) Employee Engagement Task Force, Richard also pioneered the use of Twitter for customer service in the UK, and continues to innovate in on and offline employee engagement.
